Ganesh V Krishnan has over 35 years of strategic and operating experience in proprietary and branded generics pharmaceuticals in leading multinational companies and was responsible for strategic decisions, identifying new business opportunities, and creating viable and sustainable business models to drive growth in the overall operations of pharmaceutical business. Ganesh joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1981 and has worked in senior management roles in major multinational companies in India. He has a strength of strategic thinking, a successful track record of managing change and executing strategy, and the ability to lead a diverse organisation.

Premjit Singh
Premjit Singh, is a science graduate and MBA in marketing management from Bangalore University, has an excellent track record of working with leading pharmaceutical companies with over 25 years of experience in sales, Marketing, P&L and General Management. Also, he has a significant experience in India, Emerging markets and the USA, he has built a distinguished career spanning with deep understanding and experience in various aspects of the domestic and global pharmaceutical business. Premjit joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1995 and has worked in senior management roles in leading companies in India. He is an excellent team player and recognised as an action-oriented industry leader, Premjit is a firm believer in the power of agile business models, disruptive technologies, data-driven analytics and a future-ready workforce with a view to shaping the healthcare ecosystem and making a difference to the lives of patients.

Mundhra R. is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate with over 15 years’ experience across various industries including Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Consumer health. He has a wide and varied experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting and Taxation (direct, indirect & international), Mergers & Acquisition, Risk Management, Treasury and forex management etc. Mundhra joined the industry in 2005 and has worked in senior management roles in various company and he was responsible for the overall management of the Company improving performance of the business, profitability, operations restructuring, cost reduction and containment, outsourcing and efficiency improvement with special focus on domestic business. He is a dynamic people leader with strong domain expertise.

Balakrishnan S. has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources across Medical technology, Consumer health, Pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors in Talent Management, Business HR, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership development and Succession planning. An MBA in HR from Mumbai University and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, (Mumbai). Balakrishnan S joined the industry in 2008 and has worked in senior management roles in major multinational companies in India and abroad. He has a dynamic and ambitious people agenda with a keen focus on corporate culture, managing change, talent, employer brand, leadership development and aligning human resource with business strategy.

He has a wide and varied experience in Learning & Capability Building, Leadership Development, Behavioural Training, Talent Management, D&I, PMS, Training and Training Need Analysis at all level, and a successful track record of Change Management at Corporate level. Pokharnikar joined the industry in 2005 and has worked in senior management roles in leading companies in India. Amit is a firm believer that through L&D he is making an impact on people and facilitating change in their lives remains invigorating. He is also a certified Coach and a certified Hogan Assessor.

Parasuram V joined the industry in 1995 and has worked in senior management roles in various company and he was responsible for the overall Corporate Affairs, Legal and Admin functions of the Company. He is a dynamic people leader and strong domain expertise with strategic thinking and recognised as an action-oriented person.

Dr. Trailokya A has 19 years of global experience across Pharmaceuticals, Consumer, Devices in Drug Development, Clinical Research, Medical Affairs and Regulatory Strategy. Dr. Trailokya has a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Pune; MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from Mumbai. He has published and presented more than 45 papers in national and international medical journals and conferences. Reviewer of national and international journals. Dr. Trailokya joined the industry in 2001 and has worked in senior management roles in various companies and he was instrumental in launching multiple new products and building a strong scientific image for the organization externally. He is a firm believer of thinking out of the box, challenging assumptions, and innovation are some of the key principles that shape his strategic thought process.

Om joined the industry in 1996 and has worked in senior management roles in various company and he was responsible for protecting and enhancing organisation’s reputation for high-quality and reliable products across a variety of disease states. He drives the culture of “right first time” quality across the organization, building world-class quality systems and processes across the organization.
